The flood in Thailand is getting worse and worse. It has torn through alot of Thailand and is now going through its capital, Bangkok. It is the worst floods Thailand has experienced in over 50 years, and it has already killed about 400 people and affected over 10 million. After is currently 6 feet high and rising the next high tide is hypothesized to get to 13 feet. Many of its residents are either stuck in their home with no way to leave or don't want to leave their possessions. The brand new government fears for the worst and are begging for people to leave and flee to safety, but still some people don't listen. The government has already set 1,700 shelters up for flood refugees nationwide and the cost is expected to exceed 6 million dollars. Right now there are over 113, oo0 refugees and the worst isn’t over. Is there anything we can do to help this devastated countries.
